Can we customize documents for each client while maintaining shared content?

You bet. You can set up shared content pages like federal policies across clients, and still tweak the internal policies per client. When the law changes, you update it once and CoLaunch handles the rest, while giving you granular control over everything. No more copy-paste headaches or second-guessing which file is the latest. Just efficient, centralized updates that are customized where needed and consistent where required.

What AI capabilities are included in CoLaunch?

We leverage AI that’s smart, has just the right context, and is supervised. Currently, CoLaunch includes:

Automated Compliance & HR Updates leverage AI, however all updates are always edited and curated by our HR Legal team..
Answer questions for everyone with actual context. It knows the client’s policies, understands each client’s tone of voice, it of course has access to state (and federal) employment laws, and each person’s HRIS profile before putting all that context together for each answer. And of course here, you can review and edit everything.

Is there a visual editor, or do we need design or technical skills?

CoLaunch comes with a simpler Canva-style editor that lets you build on-brand, beautiful docs without needing code. However, keep in mind our documents are all meant to be mobile responsive and made for the web. So there are obvious limitations. If you need help styling something but can’t quite get right or simply want to hand it off, we have an in-house professional services team of designers and copywriters on the ready to help with custom design and copywriting projects.

And of course, once it’s looking good, shared pages and documents can keep your styling consistent. It’s 2025, can we please make ugly handbooks illegal already?

How does CoLaunch handle version control across documents and clients?

Every change is tracked. Every published version is saved. Every “oops” is reversible. From your end or the client’s end.

When you update a shared page or document, CoLaunch shows you exactly which clients and documents are affected, and helps you push those changes live.

Can we white-label our client’s portal to match theirs (or our) brand?

Absolutely. Custom logo, domains, email sender, fonts, and colors.

What types of documents can we manage with CoLaunch?

All sorts, and it doesn’t just have to be HR related. If it lives in a PDF or Word doc today, it probably works better in CoLaunch.

Of course, for clients who don't wish to have an HRIS connected or have a legacy HRIS, then we have options for that too. The AirMason’s solutions focused team, with 6 years of experience, has seen every variety of integration. We also don’t outsource our integrations, they are built into CoLaunch; saving everyone time and money.

What do my clients see when they log in?

Create a white-labeled portal for your clients, where they can view, edit, approve, or publish documents based on the permissions you set.

They can also view employee acknowledgements and signature reports, along with analytics, and the employment law updates.

CoLaunch works whether your clients are hands-on or just want to review and sign off.

What do my clients’ employees see?

Each client gets a branded employee portal. The portal can of course be branded to your or their own brand guidelines. Employees only see the documents they’re supposed to, nothing more. Their experience is fully personalized based on the rules you define: location, department, employment type, and more. They can view assigned documents and policies, and digitally acknowledge or sign them.

Does CoLaunch support approvals and publishing workflows?

Yes. You can have approval flows for documents before they go live, whether that’s internal approvals, client-side reviews, or a combo.

Clients can easily preview, comment, and approve directly. Once approved, you (or they) can publish and send out notifications to employees with one click. And of course, it’s all version controlled with complete audit logs.

Can I preview what the client or employee experience looks like?

Absolutely. Before rolling anything out, you can preview exactly what your client or their employees will see, including branded styling, document layout, and access levels. It’s like a dress rehearsal, but for policies.

Is CoLaunch is only available to US customers?

AirMason’s core platform is used by clients across 5 continents, and CoLaunch is available internationally as well.

Currently, our employment law update feature is only supported in the US and Canada. Support for the UK and EU is coming soon, please reach out to us for the latest rollout timeline.
